An opening variant costs €30 per variant. A minor change means, for example, adjusting text or subtitles or shortening a clip within the approved concept. A new concept, new message, different product or reshoot following a changed brief is additional work.

Errors by By Benice against the agreed brief are corrected free of charge. Additional work only starts after a fixed price is approved. Translations, complex animations, special styling, additional locations and detailed scripts are not included as standard.

Surcharges for raw clips and advertising use are calculated on the relevant production price. The 30- and 90-day advertising options are alternatives. Exclusivity is calculated on the campaign price.

For a UGC bundle, the selected videos’ production price applies; equivalent videos receive an equal share of the bundle price. For promotion, the production basis is €100 for 6–14 seconds, €150 for 15–30 seconds and €200 for 31–60 seconds. The publication fee is excluded from that basis.

• UGC includes six months of organic use by one brand on its own website and social channels. Downloading, republishing and advertising use of a By Benice promotional video are not included as standard.
• For advertising, the files, platforms, countries and exact start and end dates are recorded. Advertising spend and campaign management are excluded.
• Partnership Ads / Spark Ads only grants the agreed advertising permission; passwords are never shared.
• Raw clips do not automatically include unlimited rights. Resale, use by other brands, unlimited rights and AI changes to face or voice are excluded.
• Use stops at the end of the agreed period unless an extension has been agreed beforehand. Use in By Benice’s portfolio is agreed in advance.

Longer videos published through By Benice, events, livestreams and ambassadorships receive a custom quote.
