The indicative timeline starts on the agreed start date once all required text, images and access are complete. Waiting for missing information or feedback may move the delivery date.
You arrange your domain and hosting. Arrange suitable WordPress hosting and any required licences in advance. These costs are separate from the building price and are paid directly to your own providers.
No ongoing management or maintenance. After handover, you or your chosen provider handle updates, backups, security and later content changes. Errors against the agreed delivery will be corrected. Webshops, payment integrations, booking systems and other complex features are not included.
Prices start at the amounts shown for the stated scope, with complete supplied content. You receive a proposal with the total price, timeline and agreed terms before work begins.

One-off update

One small content change on your existing website. You supply the final text or images.
Monthly website content service
€79 per month
Up to three small content changes per month. For regularly updating existing text, images or details.
What counts as one small change?
- Replace one existing text with up to 300 supplied words.
- Replace up to five supplied images on one existing page.
- Update one existing block of prices, opening hours or contact details.
Each option above counts as one change. A new page, new feature, redesign or copywriting receives a separate fixed quote in advance.
How it works
Send your website address, requested change and final files to content@bybenice.com or use the enquiry form. By Benice first checks whether the website and request are suitable and confirms the price. You then receive a personal payment request through the website.
Completed within five working days of receiving all materials and confirmation. Do not send passwords by email or through the form; any access is arranged separately and securely.
Monthly plan terms
- Up to three small changes per agreed monthly period; unused changes expire at the end of that period.
- Cancel monthly by emailing content@bybenice.com before the next monthly period starts. The start date and monthly payment arrangements are confirmed in writing beforehand.
- Hosting, domain, email, updates, backups, security and faults are outside this service. Your own administrator remains responsible for technical management.
All stated prices for this service are final prices.
Timelines start with complete materials. The indicative timeline starts on the agreed start date once the brief, final text, logo, images and suitable WordPress test access are complete. Availability and feedback are agreed in advance. Do not send passwords through the form; access will be arranged securely afterwards.
Each website package states its indicative timeline. The final schedule is confirmed in advance. Submit one consolidated feedback round through one contact person.

A clear proposal
You receive a proposal by email covering the scope, total price, timeline, one revision round and payment arrangements. The project is confirmed only after your approval.
Brief & start
After approval, you receive a focused questionnaire and a personal payment request through the website. By Benice checks that the information and files are complete and confirms the start date. Any deposit is agreed in advance.
Your details are used to respond to this enquiry and, where relevant, deliver the project. Read the privacy policy. Do not include passwords, customer data or payment details. We will agree how to provide files after your enquiry.
