You receive PDF/PPTX files with instructions for importing into Canva Free. Content ideas, caption writing and new shoots are not included; any extra help is agreed in advance.
The timeline starts on the agreed date once your brief, final copy, logo and images are complete.
Design work typically takes 5–10 working days; larger documents and presentations receive a separate timeline. Submit feedback in one consolidated round. AI may assist production; review and handover remain part of the project.

Everything takes place online, mainly by email. Send your question and, if available, your website. By Benice reviews the available information and asks only for what is missing. No standard phone or in-person appointment is needed.

A clear proposal
You receive a proposal by email covering the scope, total price, timeline, one revision round and payment arrangements. The project is confirmed only after your approval.
Brief & start
After approval, you receive a focused questionnaire and a personal payment request through the website. By Benice checks that the information and files are complete and confirms the start date. Any deposit is agreed in advance.
Your details are used to respond to this enquiry and, where relevant, deliver the project. Read the privacy policy. Do not include passwords, customer data or payment details. We will agree how to provide files after your enquiry.
