This information applies to consumers purchasing from the webshop. For business content services, scope, price, schedule and usage rights are set out separately in a quotation or agreement. Mandatory consumer rights always continue to apply where relevant.

Choose a product, add it to your basket and check the products, price, delivery option and your details before payment. You can correct errors before ordering. Clicking Order with obligation to pay places an order that requires payment. You receive confirmation by email. By Benice uses the Dutch small businesses scheme (KOR) and therefore does not charge VAT. Consumer prices are shown in euros; applicable delivery charges and the total are shown before the final order is placed.

Payment and delivery

The total price is shown before checkout. Payment methods include iDEAL. By Benice dispatches available bracelets within 2–3 working days after payment is received, using PostNL within the Netherlands. The carrier’s delivery time is additional. You will be contacted if dispatch is delayed.

At checkout, choose PostNL letter post without tracking (€2.80 per order) or a PostNL letterbox parcel with tracking (€4.55 per order). Choosing delivery without tracking does not affect your statutory rights. By Benice remains responsible for delivery until you or a recipient designated by you receives the parcel.

Withdrawal period for bracelets

As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you or a recipient designated by you receives the products. If products from one order are delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last product. You may also withdraw before delivery.

This also applies to discounted and handmade bracelets in the offered collection. A design being unique or handmade does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal. Any more generous arrangements for earlier orders remain applicable.

Withdraw from a purchase: use this form to submit and confirm your withdrawal online. You will then receive an acknowledgement by email. You may also send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to support@bybenice.com. Include your name, order number and the products you wish to return. Giving a reason is optional, and prior approval is not required.

Returning products

Send the products back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You pay the direct return postage when using the standard withdrawal period. Return address: By Benice, Hedeveld 52, 7603 TK Almelo, the Netherlands. Pack the bracelet carefully to prevent damage in transit. Keep proof of postage.

You may assess the product as you would in a shop. Any use beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value. The original packaging is welcome but is not an absolute requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

For a full withdrawal, By Benice refunds the purchase price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery option does not have to be refunded. For a partial return, original delivery fees are not refunded if the remaining order still incurs the same delivery charge.

Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification, using the same payment method and without additional fees. By Benice may withhold the refund until the products are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Incorrect, damaged or defective products

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract. If an incorrect product is delivered, it arrives damaged or fails during normal use sooner than you could reasonably expect, please contact us. By Benice will provide an appropriate statutory remedy, such as repair or replacement free of charge and, where you are entitled to it, a price reduction or refund. Necessary return costs for an error or defect are covered by By Benice. A photo may help assess the issue but does not replace your statutory rights.

Digital templates: delivery and use

De digitale pakketten worden geleverd als ZIP met een startgids en de bestanden die op de productpagina staan: bijvoorbeeld PDF, PPTX, XLSX, HTML/SVG of een WordPress-thema. De downloadbestanden en startgidsen zijn in het Nederlands. Er is geen fysieke verzending. Bij een bestelling met uitsluitend digitale producten betaal je geen bezorgkosten. Bij een combinatie met een fysiek product gelden bezorgkosten alleen voor het fysieke deel.

After confirmed payment and the required confirmation of your delivery choice, open your secure downloads through the order link in the confirmation email. With an account, available files also appear under My account > Downloads. Guest checkout is available. Without agreement to immediate delivery, access starts after the withdrawal period; your confirmation states the date. Keep the order email. Problems downloading or unzipping? For Canva, import the PDFs into your own free account yourself. You do not receive Canva template links; no paid Canva subscription or trial is needed for this PDF import route. Small differences in fonts, grouping and line breaks may occur after import. Check the text, margins and export. PPTX sources can be opened in PowerPoint or a compatible application. Use XLSX tools in Excel outside Canva. The product page lists the included files and formats. The four individual media kits retain their original large portrait format of approximately A1; their getting-started guides are A4. The other standard document templates are approximately A4; social templates, where included, are 1080 × 1080 and 1080 × 1920 pixels.

Licence for digital templates

PDF/PPTX design packs are licensed to one buyer for their own content and business. Source files, templates and individual example images may not be resold, passed on or shared as downloads. The separate WordPress themes are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later; the rights to use, modify and distribute their code remain intact. Replace example information and the genuine example photo on the About page with your own details and photo before sharing a profile or portfolio. Mood images are not evidence of client work. Custom strategy, personal coaching and implementation are not included.

Withdrawal period and guarantee for digital templates

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day after the digital contract is concluded. For new orders, you separately choose at checkout whether to request immediate digital delivery. The checkbox is not preselected. Only if you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends when you start downloading is that agreement recorded with your order and confirmed by email. You can then start the download yourself. Without that agreement, access remains closed until after the withdrawal period; the available date is stated in your confirmation. After confirmed payment, you can download from that date. Earlier orders retain the terms, including any more generous rights, that applied when they were placed. Submit a valid withdrawal through Withdraw order or support@bybenice.com; prior approval is not required.

If you withdraw from a digital purchase, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of your notice using the same payment method, without extra charges. Digital files do not need to be returned by post. For PDF/PPTX designs, your usage licence then ends: stop using them and delete the received design files and your copies. The separate GPL licence for WordPress themes continues to apply. By Benice revokes download access. Your statutory rights are not restricted.

Digital files must also conform to the contract. Report a missing, damaged or non-working file to support@bybenice.com. By Benice will provide the appropriate statutory remedy, such as fixing the issue or supplying a replacement file free of charge and, where you are entitled to it, a price reduction or refund. The usage licence does not exclude statutory consumer rights.

Digital Studio: custom design and website building

An enquiry is non-binding. Before the project, you receive a proposal covering scope, required materials, total price, timeline, revision round, usage rights and payment terms. After approval, you receive a personal payment request through the website. Additional work is agreed separately in advance. Any agreed deposit and remaining balance are processed as separate payment requests.

Website building is a one-off delivery in the customer’s WordPress environment, with brief usage instructions. The customer arranges the domain, hosting and required licences. Ongoing management, updates, backups, security and later content changes are not included. Errors against the agreed delivery are corrected. Indicative timelines start from the agreed start date once all materials are complete; the proposal sets out the final schedule.

If you enter a distance service contract as a consumer, a 14-day withdrawal period normally applies from the day after the contract is concluded. Work begins afterwards. An earlier start requires your express request and prior information about any proportionate charges if you withdraw. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance is agreed separately only with the required express consent and acknowledgement. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

WordPress self-build downloads contain theme files and installation instructions only. You need a WordPress environment that permits theme uploads. Installation, custom website building, domain, hosting, payment functionality and ongoing management are not included. Check the software requirements on the product page before buying.
